As a rental professional, it's not compulsory to insure your rentals. However, it would be a shame not to, given all the advantages of offering breakage & theft cover (reassuring the customer, lower deposit, protection against breakage and theft, additional remuneration, etc.).

Yes, in the event of a claim, the tenant must be asked to pay a 10% deductible, and Tulip applies a depreciation coefficient for equipment purchased more than 24 months ago - a 1% discount per month from the date of purchase.
