I'm Emeline Perard, Némus branch manager for the town of Flers (Orme, Normandy), a network managed by Transdev. We offer a long-term rental service for electric bicycles for residents of the Flers Agglo community. This service enables users to test the bikes before deciding to invest in their own electric bike.

Before Lokki, we managed reservations with Excel files and used ticketing software for bus cards to process payments. This was complicated, as reminders had to be sent manually for contract renewals, and lacked automation. We needed a more fluid system for managing online reservations and payments.
